Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms describe general conditions for using Docvelio, operated by Ali Hamza in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using the site, you agree to use the tools lawfully and to check your downloaded documents.
What you may do
You may use the tools to work with your own documents or documents you are authorised to process. You must not violate intellectual-property rights, applicable privacy rules or other laws. Do not upload unlawful content to third-party services through links on this website.
Files and technical results
The PDF/Word tools are offered as convenient browser utilities, not as professional legal, financial, security or archival services. Results may differ from originals. Annotations may be flattened, formatting may shift, signatures and interactive fields may be affected, and some protected or damaged files may not open.
Always download and inspect the result, keep your original document and test critical files before sharing. The PDF cover-up function is not secure redaction and must not be used to conceal confidential information.
Availability and third-party software
We aim to keep the site working, but tools may be temporarily unavailable due to browser incompatibility, provider outages or maintenance. External library hosting and other third-party services are governed by their respective terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The tools are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant compatibility with every PDF or DOCX file. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. For more details, read our Disclaimer.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as features change. For questions, email alihamzasbr@gmail.com.
