Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Cookies are small records that websites and providers may save or read in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and advertising identifiers.

Current website operation

Docvelio's document tools do not need an account cookie to open or edit documents. The web host may use limited operational or security technologies. Some libraries are delivered by third-party CDNs and connect to those domains to load code; the tools are designed to process selected documents locally.

Advertising cookies if AdSense is enabled

If Google AdSense is activated, Google and other ad technology providers may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security and, where permitted and consented to, personalisation. Google explains its advertising technologies. You can manage personalised ads through My Ad Center.

Consent and controls

For visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we must configure a Google-certified CMP with IAB TCF support where required before serving relevant ads. The actual consent choices are presented by that CMP when enabled; this page alone is informational and does not record consent.

You can also change your browser's cookie and site-data settings. Blocking technical cookies may affect some website functions or features offered by third parties.

Current privacy choices

Docvelio stores the privacy decision in localStorage (docvelio_privacy_choice_v1) for up to 180 days. Accepting also permits a small preference record (docvelio_tool_category_v1) to remember the homepage tool category; declining removes it. Advertising and optional analytics tags are currently inactive. If advertising is introduced, fresh consent and, where required, a Google-certified consent platform will be used. You can change this decision through Privacy settings in the footer.
