Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This notice explains how Docvelio handles website visits and browser-based document tasks. The website is operated by Ali Hamza in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For privacy enquiries, email alihamzasbr@gmail.com.
Documents you choose to open
Our current PDF and Word editing tools use browser-side JavaScript. When you select a PDF, Word file or image, its contents are intended to be read and processed on your device; our current application does not have a document-upload API or user-account database. Generated output is downloaded to your device at your request. Do not assume all third-party PDF or Word websites use the same approach.
Browser memory, downloads, device backups, temporary files and browser extensions are controlled by your browser and device settings, not by Docvelio. Do not use untrusted shared devices for sensitive documents.
Information generated by website visits
Our Cloudflare hosting provider and security infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, request time, request URL, browser details and security signals in order to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare's applicable privacy notices explain its processing. We do not currently provide a user-login system or ask visitors to register in order to use the tools.
Third-party library providers
To operate in the browser, some tools load open-source code from jsDelivr, such as PDF.js, pdf-lib, Mammoth, DOMPurify and docx. The CDN can receive standard connection information when those scripts are fetched; it is not used as a document-upload service by our current app. See the relevant CDN and library privacy/security information if this concerns you.
Advertising and third-party cookies
If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads based on visits across participating websites.
You may manage personalised advertising at Google My Ad Center, and you can learn about industry opt-out options at aboutads.info. Where other advertising vendors are enabled, their identities and choices must also be disclosed. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, advertising that requires consent must not be enabled until an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform and relevant choices are set up. A basic website cookie notice is not a substitute for this.
Contact emails
When you send an email, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your message and manage the enquiry. Do not email confidential files unless necessary. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and applicable legal requirements; contact us if you need more details.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid selecting files, close the page, clear browser data and manage cookie choices in your browser or the enabled consent platform. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, restrict or delete personal information held by the operator. Email alihamzasbr@gmail.com to make a request.
Updates
We will update this notice when data practices, analytics, advertising arrangements or document processing change. Check the updated date for changes.

Current privacy choices
Docvelio stores the privacy decision in localStorage (docvelio_privacy_choice_v1) for up to 180 days. Accepting also permits a small preference record (docvelio_tool_category_v1) to remember the homepage tool category; declining removes it. Advertising and optional analytics tags are currently inactive. If advertising is introduced, fresh consent and, where required, a Google-certified consent platform will be used. You can change this decision through Privacy settings in the footer.
